As the Vice President of Workforce Planning and Analytics at J.P. Morgan, she leads the development of operational and KPI-related reporting for the firm's extensive workforce of over 200,000 employees.
Tricia holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Florida A&M University. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc., and serves on the Board of Directors for the Dallas-Ft. Worth Chapter of NBMBAA.
