This presentation will discuss the challenges of in-transit visibility in tracking inventory, assets, equipment, etc., and how utilizing IoT and M2M computing has positively impacted how items and even personnel can be tracked and monitored. Tim will also share several real life examples from Apptricity's client base included Dept. of Defense, Telecommunication and CPG. 

​About the speaker:
Tim Garcia brings more than 30 years of software sales, management and development experience in the enterprise applications market to Apptricity. Under his leadership, Apptricity’s growing client base now includes three of the world’s largest organizations, namely Walmart Stores, AT&T and the Department of Defense. Prior to Garcia’s 17 years as Apptricity’s CEO, he held management positions at Pivotal Corporation, Compuware Corporation, Peregrine Systems, Sterling Software, and EDS. He received his BA degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis.


Registration Policy: Payment is necessary at the time of reservations. Due to catering requirements we must charge for reservations not canceled three days prior to the event.  Unclaimed reservations during the event will be relinquished at 8 am. Walk-in customers will be seated based on space availability.
