Under his leadership\, Apptricity's growing client base now includes three of the world's largest organizations\, namely Walmart Stores\, AT&T and the Department of Defense. Prior to Garcia's 17 years as Apptricity's CEO\, he held management positions at Pivotal Corporation\, Compuware Corporation\, Peregrine Systems\, Sterling Software\, and EDS.
