Brown Bag Lunch - 2015 Oct 20
Description
Lunch provided by Resource One Credit Union
"Making your business lendable"
Featuring Eric Hargroves, director of commercial lending, Resource One Credit Union
"You have probably heard the phrase "financial institutions have capital to loan businesses" for some time now, but have also heard how difficult it has become for a business to actually qualify for that much needed capital. Actually financial institutions do have capital, but there is some level of disconnect as to requirements and standards for approval. This presentation will look at a loan request from the Commercial Underwriter’s perspective and provide additional insights on what questions to ask your lender, tips for getting your loan approved, potential roadblocks, and much more. Please join us for a unique look at making your business lendable.”
Eric Hargroves is the Manager of Resource One Credit Union’s Business Lending Department. After graduating with honors from Nova Southeastern University with his JD degree, he joined Wells Fargo as a Commercial Lender and Relationship Manager. He gained additional expertise during his 5 years at Seacoast National Bank, becoming a specialist in small business lending. Now with Resource One, he brings his expertise and experience to its business members and the Dallas small business community. In this role he assists small businesses with their lending needs employing a flexible, consultative, and creative approach to lending.
