Description
"Invisible and effective BI in retail banking"
Featuring, Julie Hamrick, Founder & COO, and Thom Suhy, Manager of Client Engagement, Ignite Sales, Inc.
The shortage of talent to mine, model, and interpret data - much less determine how to use it to improve business processes - makes it imperative to create software that makes business intelligence invisible to users and embeds it into business processes. In this presentation, you will find out more about the use of decision trees, business rules, and data models in real-time to render salespeople more knowledgeable and customers more confident for their purchasing decisions.
About the speakers:
Julie Hamrick is Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Ignite. She created the operational analytics framework for the company's patent and product suite. Julie received the Dallas Business Journal's North Texas Women in Technology Award in 2014 and the Top 25 DFW Women in Business Award in 2015. Prior to Ignite, Julie was a General Manager responsible for process improvement using data modeling techniques at Aviall Inc., an $800 million aircraft services company. Julie has a B.S. in metallurgical engineering and her MBA is from SMU.
Thom Suhy is the Manager of Client Engagement for Ignite. He manages the implementation of Ignite's solutions at banks and continuously improves the company's analytics of bank sales interactions. Thom received his BS in Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and his MA from the University of Notre Dame, in South Bend, Indiana. He is currently completing his dissertation for his PhD at SMU in Dallas where his primary focus is statistical modeling of data.
