She created the operational analytics framework for the company's patent and product suite. Julie received the Dallas Business Journal's North Texas Women in Technology Award in 2014 and the Top 25 DFW Women in Business Award in 2015. Prior to Ignite\, Julie was a General Manager responsible for process improvement using data modeling techniques at Aviall Inc.\, an $800 million aircraft services company. Julie has a B.S. in metallurgical engineering and her MBA is from SMU.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThom Suhy is the Manager of Client Engagement for Ignite. He manages the implementation of Ignite's solutions at banks and continuously improves the company's analytics of bank sales interactions. Thom received his BS in Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and his MA from the University of Notre Dame\, in South Bend\, Indiana. He is currently completing his dissertation for his PhD at SMU in Dallas where his primary focus is statistical modeling of data.
