About the Speaker:
Teresa Mackintosh joined Trintech in 2016 as CEO to drive growth, accelerate change and infuse a winning culture across the organization. With over twenty five years of experience working with the Accounting, Tax and Finance functions of global companies, building high performance teams and being a catalyst for organizational and customer facing innovation, Teresa sets the pace for success everywhere she goes.
Under her leadership, Trintech has nearly tripled in revenue through a combination of organic growth and successful acquisitions, with similar expansion of its customer and employee bases. Trintech has been recognized for its inclusive, innovative, and exceptional workplace by repeatedly being named to the Dallas/Fort Worth’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® list and Inc.’s 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies. In addition Trintech currently holds a Glassdoor rating of 4.3 with over 90% CEO approval scores.
Teresa has been recognized as one of the “Most Powerful Business Leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth” in D CEO’s Dallas 500 for the past 4 years (2018+) as well as an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2018 award winner in the southwest region. Prior to joining Trintech, Teresa served as CEO at Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting US, leading a ~$500M software company. She began her career as a CPA at PwC and then worked her way through virtually every functional area of a software organization during her tenure at Thomson Reuters.
Teresa received both her BBA and MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
