About the speaker:
As Assistant Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility, Jason is responsible for driving business and social value through Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy development, data research and reporting. His team produces the AT&T ESG Annual Summary and collaborates closely with Investor Relations to build AT&T’s ESG profile through stakeholder engagement and corporate reputational benchmarks.
Prior to this role, Jason led AT&T’s Community Engagement programs focused on employee volunteerism and fundraising. Working with HR, he developed research correlating employee community engagement to higher employee NPS, retention, and willingness to recommend AT&T as an employer.
Throughout his 25-year career at AT&T, he has served in a variety of leadership roles where he developed expertise in Network Operations, Wholesale Marketing, Business Sales, and Consumer Markets.
A strong advocate for people and culture, Jason is involved in numerous mentoring programs to help build the leadership qualities and behaviors of AT&T’s future leaders. He also serves on the United Way of Metro Dallas’ Community Impact Committee and is a second-year member of the Public Affairs Institute.
Jason holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Wichita State University and a nanodegree in Business Analytics. He is happiest with his wife Molly raising their three sons.
