Customer experience, or CX has gotten a lot of attention lately as the market is shifting to a more consumer-centric mandate. B2C industries like retail, financial services and hospitality are working to build customer loyalty, while B2B companies are being expected to provide a consumer-like experience. All companies should be taking a closer look at how they engage their customers since we know that CX leaders outpace the S&P 500 by 35%.
Jabil is innovating their B2B customer experience by innovating with their customers. In our July program, Joanne Moretti, General Manager, Radius Innovation & Development, Jabil, will join us for a fireside chat with Laura Lazarescou, Customer Experience Advisor for Cisco. Together they will discuss particular challenges that B2B companies face in improving CX, and how all parties can become more innovative through an increased focus on the customer.

Payment is necessary at the time of reservations. Due to catering requirements we must charge for reservations not canceled three days prior to the event. Unclaimed reservations during the event will be relinquished at noon. Walk-in customers will be seated based on space availability.
