Rather than ‘pay per use’ service models of the past, public internet ‘all you can eat’ expectations are prevailing. MTBC Registration Policy:
Reservations with payment are required. Due to facility requirements we must charge for reservations not canceled three days prior to the event. Unclaimed reservations during the event will be relinquished at noon. Walk-in customers will be seated based on space availability.

To those customers with special dietary requirements, reservations must be made three days in advance of any luncheon in order to accommodate requests. Additional fees may apply.
