David M. Burrows
David M Burrows is a 20+ year veteran of marketing, PR, business development and startups. He currently serves as head of marketing at the paging, location and wireless sensor company, LRS | VEN-U. His passion is technology, mentoring, the arts, and social ventures.
He began his career at broadcast.com, where he later served in various roles at Yahoo! including corporate portals, streaming content and Yahoo Music. He has launched several concepts from a boutique ad agency, a video production company, to an on-demand cleaning business mobile app. David serves on several charity boards related to music, AIDs and education. In 2020, he launched the Arista Bee Research USA foundation to work towards prevention of global hive collapse syndrome.
Syya Yasotornrat
Syya Yasotornrat is a seasoned professional with 24+ years in technology sales, recruiting, and hospitality for companies including SonicWALL, Hewlett-Packard and Disney Corp. She has worked with a diverse range of customers from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies on many innovative technologies that are ubiquitous today. She has two great dogs, Ellis and Ripley (one of Erin’s foster dogs), and can be seen at many a local music venues in the DFW area.
Ty Harmon
Ty Harmon is the Founder and Chief of Technology Reconnaissance at 2THEDGE, an innovation and emerging technology consulting practice based in Dallas, Texas. Ty leads 2THEDGE's Testing and Experimentation as a Service (TEXaS) practice that accelerates an organizations ability to rapidly identify, test and drive adoption of new capabilities.
2THEDGE teams have conducted over 300 agile Proofs of Concepts on a wide range of emerging capabilities from artificial intelligence to sensor fusion, autonomous systems and advanced robotic platforms.
