Bill Link has been both an HR practitioner and a consultant at global organizations including, CMOC International, Gartner, Solectron, and MCI. His expertise is in large-scale digital transformation initiatives, HRIS deployments, and organizational design, as well as strategic total rewards systems, business process improvement, and job competency and job family modeling. He has written over 100 articles on a variety of topics from disruptive innovation to history's greatest adaptive reuse projects.
Bill has a bachelor?s degree in history from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, a juris doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago John Marshall Law School, and was an Associate Professor of Business Management at a major university for nearly 20 years.
