Golf Tournament - Aug. 27

Description

The Tech Titans Golf Tournament presented by CyrusOne attracts business executives from technology companies across the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. The tournament will be a four-person scramble with staggered tee times beginning at 7 am. Breakfast and snacks, water, and drink tickets are provided. There will be on-course skill games, and team prizes will be awarded. Winners will be announced online and prizes will be mailed.

TOURNAMENT AGENDA:
6:30 am: Check-in opens
7 am: First team tees off
End of play: Each team can leave when they have completed. 
 

REGISTRATION:
$125 individual player  |  $500 team
Registration deadline Friday, Aug. 21
 

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS DUE TO COVID-19:
This event is subject to change, postponement or cancellation based on the guidance of the State. We will communicate any updates via email and social media.
Masks will be required for all participants during check-in and any time inside the clubhouse.
Standard social distancing guidelines will be in place as well.
Golfers have option of 1 or 2 people per cart


SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS AND RATES:

• SOLD $3,000 PRESENTING SPONSOR: Co-branding of tournament, golf shirt with your logo given to all golfers, team of 4, banner at tournament, logo on all marketing materials
• $1500 DRINK TICKET SPONSOR: Your logo on the drink tickets given to every golfer; logo on all marketing materials (can be two $750 sponsorships)
• $1500 MASK SPONSOR: Your logo on face masks given to every golfer to be worn during the tournament; logo on all marketing materials
• $1000 SCRATCH-OFF CARD SPONSOR: Your logo on the scratch-off card game give to every golfer; logo on all marketing materials
• $350 HOLE SPONSOR: Your choice: Have a table at the golfer check-in area from 6:30 to 9 am, or, traditional table at a hole from 7 am to 1 pm.  Breakfast provided for 2 people.
