Greg Alexander is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer for Capital 54. Capital 54's mission is to invest in founders of professional services firms who want to grow, scale, and sell their firms at the right time, for the right price and on the right terms. Prior to Capital 54, Greg had two careers spanning 28 years. He founded and led Sales Benchmark Index (SBI) as CEO to a market leadership position leading to the largest exit of a sales consulting firm in the history of the sales consulting industry. Prior to SBI, Greg was a sales leader at EMC Corporation during. Greg is the author of The Boutique: How to Start, Scale, and Sell a Professional Services Firm.  He is an active member of YPO. Greg, lives in Dallas, TX with his wife of 25 years, Brooke Alexander.

Matt Bowman is a Managing Partner at Tritium Partners, responsible for new technology and services investments and assisting portfolio companies with organic and acquisition growth strategies. Prior to joining Tritium Partners, Matt was an investment professional at the Pritzker Group in Chicago and at Austin Ventures where he actively invested across all of Tritium's core investment sectors. At Austin Ventures, Matt was on the Growth Equity team for over nine years. Matt started his career as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets and MHT Partners (now Cowen Inc.) focusing on corporate finance and M&A transactions. He received his BS in Accounting with High Honors from Brigham Young University.

Steve Hufford is Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking at Raymond James & Associates, a growth-focused, middle-market investment bank.  Before serving as COO of the investment bank, Steve was integrally involved in the development and leadership of the firm's market-leading financial technology and payments investment banking practice.  He has completed over 100 M&A and financing transactions in his career. Steve has more than two decades of deal-making experience in corporate development, corporate law and investment banking.  He graduated from James Madison University with dual degrees in Political Science and Russian Language, and received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Steve has been married to his wife Jenny for almost 30 years, and has three daughters, two sons-in-law, two grandson, one granddaughter and one cat.  His passion, for over 50 years, has been playing pick-up basketball.
