Prior to joining Tritium Partners\, Matt was an investment professional at the Pritzker Group in Chicago and at Austin Ventures where he actively invested across all of Tritium's core investment sectors. At Austin Ventures\, Matt was on the Growth Equity team for over nine years. Matt started his career as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets and MHT Partners (now Cowen Inc.) focusing on corporate finance and M&A transactions. He received his BS in Accounting with High Honors from Brigham Young University.\n\n\n\nSteve Hufford is Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking at Raymond James & Associates\, a growth-focused\, middle-market investment bank.  Before serving as COO of the investment bank\, Steve was integrally involved in the development and leadership of the firm's market-leading financial technology and payments investment banking practice.  He has completed over 100 M&A and financing transactions in his career. Steve has more than two decades of deal-making experience in corporate development\, corporate law and investment banking.  He graduated from James Madison University with dual degrees in Political Science and Russian Language\, and received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Steve has been married to his wife Jenny for almost 30 years\, and has three daughters\, two sons-in-law\, two grandson\, one granddaughter and one cat.  His passion\, for over 50 years\, has been playing pick-up basketball.
