"Semiconductor Manufacturing - Clean and Green"
Plan your RFAB visit for 1 hour. This time will include a 15-20 minute TI Overview presentation and video followed by a 30-40 minute window tour. The time may vary depending on the number of questions, number of people taking the tour and how quickly the folks move through the Innovation Center.

What to expect on the tour:

History of RFAB and examples of products they build
Architectural elements of the LEED certified buildings
Overview of the semiconductor process
Structural makeup of a wafer fab cleanroom
Window tour of the 220,000-square-foot ISO Class 5 turbulent clean room
Tour of the central utility plant that supports RFAB and administration buildings
