In his presentation today, Vishal is going to address the overall data challenge for TI. We all know the amount of data managed by corporations will certainly grow for years to come as technologies emerge, and the best companies will learn how to leverage the data, people, and processes around big data to gain a competitive advantage.
He is going to share some benefits and challenges that companies can expect along the path, and illustrate the opportunities for TI using a real-world example from TI manufacturing.
About the speaker:
Vishal joined TI in 1999 and over the years, he has held several leadership roles at TI Dallas and India. Over the past few years, he has been focused on IT Operations Strategy, In-Source Business Continuity Planning efforts and Infrastructure as a Service programs along with strategic customer facing initiatives. Vishal was elected to the TI Technical Ladder as Distinguished Member of Technical Staff last year.
