Over the past few years\, he has been focused on IT Operations Strategy\, In-Source Business Continuity Planning efforts and Infrastructure as a Service programs along with strategic customer facing initiatives.  Vishal was elected to the TI Technical Ladder as Distinguished Member of Technical Staff last year.
