Description
"Using artificial intelligence and machine learning to create personalized messaging and customer experience"
Speaker: Sherif Mityas, SVP of Strategy and Brand Initiatives and CIO, TGI FRIDAYS
A growing number of companies are using AI and machine learning to not only better understand their customers but also to create highly personalized experiences and messages. One of DFW’s leading pioneers in this journey is TGI Fridays.
In June 2016 TGI launched TGI Digital, a digital transformation project with the objective to reconnect with customers on a 1 to 1 basis and become an advisor helping customers answer the question “What should we do tonight?”. TGI uses AI to achieve deep insight into their customers’ preferences and life styles so that they can provide highly personalized and timely messaging. TGI has seen a 500% increase in engagement with customers on social media channels since implementation. Attend this fascinating case study presentation to learn:
- What you need to think about and plan for beforehand
- Identifying your best data to understand your customers and garnering insights
- Opportunities, challenges and risks with AI
- Lessons learned – the good, the bad and the ugly
