Tech Titans to host Startup Summit this fall

Approximately 100-150 innovative startups, entrepreneurs and investors are expected to gather at Red River Hall on the campus of Dallas College Richland in the afternoon of October 16 to learn how to improve their entrepreneurial skills at the inaugural Tech Titans Startup Summit. Doug Moore, Founding Partner and CEO of Turbostart America, will deliver the opening keynote address on the challenges and opportunities facing entrepreneurs in today’s economic climate.
 
The address will be followed by two outstanding educational tracks taught by experts in the entrepreneurial field that will help both entrepreneurs and startup companies.
 
The five sessions on “improving your plan” will include such topics as presentation fundamentals, the Business Model Canvas Tool, fractional employees – how to work with one and how to be one, AI for business, estimating costs of an App/SaaS startup.
 
Five concurrent sessions on the “legal challenges of starting a company” will feature addressing the legal matters, how to choose and work with a bank, business forming legal fundamentals and employee benefits.
 
Another unique feature of the Startup Summit will be The Bullpen, a place where entrepreneurs and investors alike can seek one on one counseling from the experts in short mentoring sessions.
 
The summit will conclude with a panel discussion followed by a networking reception.
