Tech Titans Advances Future Technology Leadership Through Emerging Leaders Program

New cohort-based program prepares high-potential technologists to lead teams, drive innovation, and shape the future of the North Texas tech ecosystem

Richardson, Texas — June 26, 2026 — Tech Titans is now accepting applications from emerging technology professionals for its Emerging Leaders Program and inviting technology companies to participate as hosts and sponsors in developing the next generation of industry leaders across North Texas.

The Emerging Leaders Program brings together high-potential professionals with 5 to 10-plus years of experience who demonstrate leadership promise, a commitment to growth, and a passion for shaping the future of the technology industry. Limited to 20 participants, the program is an immersive, nine-month experience anchored in John Maxwell’s renowned The 360 Degree Leader framework and tailored specifically for technologists stepping into broader leadership roles. Participants build critical capabilities such as influencing without authority, leading former peers, strengthening business acumen, and understanding how technology decisions drive organizational outcomes, while mastering the art of leading upward, laterally and through their teams.

A hallmark of the program is its hands-on, company-led format. Host companies lead monthly sessions that share expertise and foster meaningful dialogue, providing participants with real-world perspectives and direct access to industry environments. Programming is designed specifically for technology leaders, with sessions focused on building high-performing technical teams, driving innovation through design thinking and emerging technologies such as AI, and leading effectively through rapid change.

“It’s really exciting to be part of a program that is helping to build the future generation of DFW tech leaders,” said Rob Stogstill, Director, Tech Titans Emerging Leaders Program. “The program is multifaceted. It provides insights from thought leaders, meaningful dialogue across a new network of peers and real-life experience working on a capstone project."

“Our core mission is to convene leaders, educate the market, and advocate for our ecosystem to drive real business outcomes,” said Wendi R. Wilburn, President & CEO of Tech Titans. “By bringing together promising professionals and the companies that support them, the Emerging Leaders Program creates a powerful pipeline of talent prepared to lead, innovate, and elevate our industry.”

Tech Titans invites emerging professionals ready to accelerate their leadership journey to apply and encourages North Texas companies to get involved as hosts and sponsors to help shape the next generation of technology leaders.
