About Us
Located at 1600 West Plano Parkway, FlexEtc’s 76 scalable warehouse spaces, eight offices, and 14 hot desks have played a range of roles in the journeys of several North Texas start-ups and scale-ups given how its plug-and-play model is especially valuable for growing companies and creatives.
Co-warehousing units at FlexEtc range from 300- to 2,200-square-feet, with flexible three-month leases and no long-term commitments. This makes its spaces ideal for small businesses, online retailers, and entrepreneurs who have outgrown their garage but aren’t ready for a massive industrial lease.
FlexEtc Plano members have ranged from international companies setting up their first US headquarters to home businesses growing from just a founder to impressive 24-person operations given the room to grow. Strudel3D, one of the very first members to move in, found what it couldn’t elsewhere: space that flexed with their vision. The company, known for its satisfyingly tactile mechanical keyboard fidgets, started in a modest 300-square-foot unit and has since expanded into a larger 754-square-foot space - even launching a second business along the way.
“So many people just need a space to test things out,” said Jackie Canedo, community manager at FlexEtc Plano. “You can give it a season, share a unit with a friend, or ride out the holiday rush without a long-term commitment. We’re built to be flexible—because growth isn’t one-size-fits-all.”
