Sales Team Lead

This position, Sales Team Lead, is primarily responsible (65%) for prospecting, qualifying and closing new business within BNC’s Texas operations. In addition, the Team Lead will manage a team of 2 sales professionals (25%) through leading, coaching and guiding revenue attainment goals in the markets we service.  The Team Lead will also participate in driving our sales strategy (10%) with senior leadership and department heads.   This Team Lead is an important member of the BNC sales and leadership team
