She also negotiated a $7.5 million settlement with Mortgage Investors Corp.\, representing the largest fine the FTC has ever collected for alleged "Do Not Call" violations and the first action enforcing the Mortgage Acts and Practices advertising rule. In recognition of her accomplishments\, she received the FTC's Paul Rand Dixon and Janet D. Steiger awards for excellence.
