Caroline Gagliardi is a partner with PwC’s assurance practice in the Dallas office. She has over 18 years of experience serving public and non public companies in the technology, media and telecommunications industries. Specifically, Caroline has experience servicing software providers, telecommunications network solution providers, patent licensors as well as media companies. Over her career, Caroline has serviced a broad range of companies, including large multinational corporations, newly public companies, privately held equity backed companies and pre IPO companies. Caroline has experience working with her clients through various accounting matters including financial statement audits, carve out audits, initial public offerings, debt offerings, business combinations, new accounting standard implementations, internal control assessments and SEC reporting. Caroline serves on the board of directors of Tech Titans and also is President of the Advisory Council at St. Rita Catholic School in Dallas.
