Over the past 50 years, CTOs have gone from simply overseeing the dissemination of technology to innovatively leading the transformation of technology. From their sphere of influence to their delivery of technology, CTOs are better positioned today to lead the company towards new initiatives that rely on technological functionality. This presentation will highlight how Kris looked at tech when he was a CTO and now as a teacher, what questions do people ask of him. Along the way we will learn how the CTO has become a position of influence and one of the most powerful roles in any size company.
