The digitalization of factories drives adoption of advanced IT on the plant floor (analytics, AI, IoT) but creates an increasingly complex environment to manage.

About the Speaker:
I am the global leader for Industry 4.0 at IBM. I have 30+ years of experience working with clients in over 30 countries to help them improve operational and business performance. I apply advanced analytics, optimization, AI, IoT and Blockchain technologies to drive innovation, create new approaches and work with IBM Research to develop new technologies to solve complex business and operations problems. Over my career, I have accumulated an in-depth understanding of the asset-intensive industries, including natural resources, process and discrete manufacturing. I have been privileged to chair, keynote and speak in numerous conferences around the world. I have published extensively and won several awards in recognition of my achievements. I am devoted to mentoring new talents, MBA students at the leading U.S. University and CEOs.
