Kay Lynn Brumbaugh is Head of Litigation, Group Legal, with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).  She came to LSEG by way of two acquisitions: Refinitiv's acquisition of GIACT Systems in December 2020, followed by Refinitiv's acquisition by LSEG in January 2021.  She joined GIACT in 2017 as its first Chief Legal Officer after more than 23 years in private law practice. Immediately prior to joining GIACT, she was a partner and Chair of the Antitrust Practice Group at Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP. Recognized as one of the top 250 women in litigation in the country by Benchmark Litigation, Kay Lynn's clients in private practice spanned a variety of industries, including technology, energy, food and beverage, franchising and distribution, consumer products, manufacturing, health care, insurance, internet and e-commerce, transportation and telecommunications. Kay Lynn is a long-time leader in the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section, currently serving as Co-Chair of Committee Operations. While in private practice, she was consistently profiled as a leading antitrust lawyer in Texas in Chambers USA, America's Leading Lawyers for Business and was repeatedly recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America for Antitrust Law. She is a frequent writer and speaker in the areas of antitrust and consumer protection law.  One of her most cherished honors is her election into the Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame of Carthage High School in Carthage, Texas. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and B.B.A. in Honors Business and Finance from the University of Texas.

Clint Wilkins focuses primarily on patent law and leverages his extensive technical knowledge and experience to assist clients with inter partes reviews (IPRs), patent preparation and prosecution, patent litigation support, and related counseling. He advises clients in a variety of technical areas, including telecommunications, consumer electronics, medical devices, and chemical manufacturing. His practice includes counseling senior management of emerging technology companies at various stages of maturity to help manage all aspects of their intellectual property needs. Before law school, Clint worked for more than five years as an engineer for a large wireless equipment manufacturer in its corporate research and development labs in suburban Chicago. His projects involved research, development, proof of concept, and 3GPP standardization activities directed toward cellular phones and base stations. He is a co-inventor of four U.S. patents and has published numerous articles in IEEE journals and conferences.

Chris Bradford is the President and Co-founder of Newline Interactive, an interactive solutions company that produces the world’s easiest-to-use software and combines it with world-class interactive touchscreens to move organizations forward.  Under his leadership, Newline has consistently been one of the fastest growing private companies in the US. He has been named a Regional Finalist in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year competition multiple times and is a driving force behind Newline’s tremendous revenue growth.  Chris has an Electrical Engineering degree from Auburn University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton and he is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.  He serves on the Tech Titans Board of Directors and is a Chairperson of the Emerging Growth Subcommittee.  When he is not working on the next phase of Newline’s growth story, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.

Hope Shimabuku is Director of the Texas Regional United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and carries out the strategic direction of the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO, and is responsible for leading the Texas regional office. Focusing on the region and actively engaging with the community, Ms. Shimabuku ensures the USPTO's initiatives and programs are tailored to the region's unique ecosystem of industries and stakeholders.  Ms. Shimabuku brings to the USPTO nearly two decades of experience as an engineer and intellectual property attorney. Most recently, Ms. Shimabuku was part of the Office of General Counsel at Xerox Corporation serving as Vice President and Corporate Counsel responsible for all intellectual property matters for Xerox Business Services, LLC. She also worked for BlackBerry Corporation advising on United States and Chinese standards setting, cyber security, technology transfer, and intellectual property laws and legislation. As an engineer, she worked for Procter & Gamble and Dell Computer Corporation. Ms. Shimabuku received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and graduated cum laude with a J.D. from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. She is a native Texan, born and raised in Houston,  Texas. She currently lives in Flower Mound, Texas, with her husband and two daughters.
