About the speaker:
Scott Albright is the Vice President of Commercial and Latin America Beverages IT for Dr. Pepper Snapple Group. Scott is responsible for all aspects of IT for the Warehouse/Direct, National Accounts, Latin America and Beverage Concentrates Sales organizations as well as Marketing, Supply Chain and Revenue & Margin Management functions. This includes IT Strategy, delivery of new capabilities and daily operations all with a focus on growing sales and crushing costs.
Scott joined the company in 2004 prior to its spin-off of Dr. Pepper Snapple where he held multiple positions in the IT organization progressing from a Global Project Manager to his current Vice President position. In those roles, he oversaw as well as delivered multiple large scale and global projects in the Sales and Finance functions resulting in millions of dollars of savings. Prior to DPS, Scott worked at several large consultancies including IBM, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen where he advised clients such as The Walt Disney Company and British Petroleum. He also serves on the University of Texas at Dallas Management Information Systems Industry Advisory Board, OpenText Strategic Advisory Board and Oracle Consumer Goods Industry Strategy Council.
Scott is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master in Professional Accounting degree. He lives in Coppell, Texas with his wife, Julie and their two children, Luke and Owen.
