It is a well-known fact that staying physically fit in the workplace will alleviate stress, improve productivity and reduce healthcare costs. Yet, many people fail to do the simple things to stay in shape like eat properly and exercise regularly especially when they are eating lunch at their desk while working on a computer. Malin Taylor has been managing fitness facilities and corporate wellness programs for 20 years. She will explain the importance of exercising and demonstrate some basic exercises that will show you how to make fitness a priority in your office.
