What to expect:
Advances in technology are changing lives every day, but there is probably no faster and more important change taking place than in helping differently abled individuals reach a full life through technology. From communication aids to smart home devices, sensory devices to wearable health trackers, technology has developed a wide variety of devices and programs that help differently abled people break down barriers and live normal, productive lives. With panelists from across the country who bring their own experiences in real life, this special virtual presentation will address the issues in society, the challenges they face, the opportunities that open up for them and the victories being won through technology and beyond by people who are differently abled.
