At American Airlines the integration of such rapid technological change is not only viewed as keeping the company in the digital age\, it has created new opportunities for the company to validate the trust employees\, customers\, and shareholders have in the airlines in this new era of operation.\n\n\n\nAbout the speaker:\n\nMaya Leibman is executive vice president and chief information officer. She is responsible for all information technology systems\, including systems development\, infrastructure\, operations and strategy.  Prior to her role as CIO\, Leibman was president of the AAdvantage loyalty program\, where she oversaw all aspects of the AAdvantage program and led the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and customer research initiatives for the airline worldwide. Leibman joined the airline in 1994 in the Revenue Management department and led a variety of pricing and yield management teams focused on optimizing airline revenue.  \n\n\n\nShe serves on the Dallas Theater Center board of trustees and volunteers for a number of local organizations\, including the So SMAART program\, where she works with minority girls ages 9 to 12\, teaching them about technology and life.  Leibman is an executive sponsor for Living Green   American's Employee Business Resource Group that promotes living green at work and in the community in order to reduce our carbon footprint and explore new ways to "reduce\, reuse and recycle."  \n\n\n\nRegistration Policy:\n\nPayment is necessary at the time of reservations. Due to catering requirements we must charge for reservations not canceled three days prior to the event.  Unclaimed reservations during the event will be relinquished at noon. Walk-in customers will be seated based on space availability.
