Lindsay has experience in lawsuits involving the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)\, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act\, Age Discrimination in Employment Act\, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)\, trade secrets and restrictive covenants\, retaliation\, and employment-related tort and contract claims. She routinely counsels employers on preventative measures\, including reviewing policies and employee training programs\, disciplinary actions\, investigations\, severance agreements\, and workforce reductions.\n\nShe also regularly advises on and negotiates the labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions.\n\nLindsay has experience representing clients in qui tam whistleblower actions and government investigative matters involving the Department of Labor (DOL)\, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)\, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)\, Department of Justice (DOJ)\, and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). She has represented companies in litigation involving alleged False Claims Act violations and related retaliation claims.
