Challoner joined Ericsson in 2010 from Nortel where he held executive roles leading the GSM product line\, Intelligent Networks and Broadband Wireless businesses. He has global experience working in the US\, Canada\, France\, India and the UK. With 20 years in the telecom industry he possesses extensive industry experience and has innovated bringing numerous radio products to market specializing in the field of wireless communication. He is a member of the CBRS Alliance and Wireless Innovation Forum board of directors. He works closely with channel alignment and product. During his career in AT&T\, Jorge has managed cross functional teams in Sales\, Procurement\, Product Development around the world. Prior to his current role Leading Business Development\, Jorge was Associate Vice President responsible for Global Data Sales for 100+ International Carriers with Data services in the US.
