Before joining Slalom\, Marc was responsible for managing 21 Healthcare Transformation and Quality Improvement projects under the Texas 1115 Medicaid Waiver program also known as DSRIP\, managing 21 projects worth more than $300 million over 3 years. Marc has 14 years of consulting experience in strategic planning\, business planning\, cancer program development\, post-merger integration\, and joint venture development. His operations experience includes working in academic medical centers\, national hospital systems\, regional hospital systems\, acute care hospitals and rehabilitation hospitals. Marc has written numerous journal articles and made national presentations on strategic planning\, business planning\, health care trends\, the quality professionals' role\, meaningful use\, and cancer program development for a variety of national organizations.
