Huffmire is a partner at Knobbe\, Martens\, Olson & Bear\, LLP.  His practice includes strategic patent procurement\, patent portfolio management\, intellectual property due diligence\, general counseling on infringement and licensing\, interferences\, reexaminations\, and other related issues.  In the medical device field\, he has worked extensively with cardiovascular\, orthopedic\, surgical\, and respiratory technologies.  He has been a regular presenter on the topic of MedTech IP developments.  \n\n\n\nMr. Huffmire received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering form Brigham Young University\, na his J.C. from the George Washington University Law School with highest honors.
