Creating a sustaining a culture where continuous improvement is a normal expectation of the organization\, however\, continues to be a challenge. Rick will discuss common pitfalls and stumbling blocks as well as give some insight into how Fujitsu has been successful in building this culture into its organization.\n\n \n\nRick DeLisle has been driving innovative improvements in manufacturing organizations for more than 25 years. Rick has been on the front lines working with teams to improve operations at Ford Motor Company\, Bosch Semiconductor\, Union Pacific Resources\, Alcoa\, Anheuser-Busch\, Lucent Technologies\, and others.\n\nFor the past 15 years\, Rick has managed different teams throughout the Manufacturing organization at Fujitsu Network Communication before taking over the entire organization 3 years ago as Director\, Head of Manufacturing for FNC. Rick has a B.S in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Midwestern State University\, as well as an MBA from Texas A&M University at Commerce.\n\n\n\nPlease note: Attendees must be US citizens or permanent residents (Green card)
