Ewing has a bachelor's in business administration from Texas A&M University and holds seven industry certifications.\n\n\n\nJarrett Kolthoff is a former Counterintelligence Special Agent and the Founder/CEO of SpearTip a cyber counterintelligence firm that protects the environments of their client's across the globe through SpearTip's 24/7 Security Operations Center. Jarrett's civil casework includes investigations of Chinese cyber espionage\, Russian extortion\, hostile corporate takeovers\, rogue IT personnel\, hacktivists\, international wire fraud and ransomware cases.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShawn Tuma is an attorney internationally recognized in cybersecurity\, computer fraud and data privacy law\, areas in which he has practiced for over two decades. Shawn helps businesses protect their information and protect themselves from their information. \n\nHe is Co-Chair of Spencer Fane's Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice Group where he regularly serves as cybersecurity and privacy counsel advising a wide variety of businesses ranging from small and mid-sized companies to Fortune 100 enterprises\, across the United States and globally in dealing with cybersecurity\, data privacy\, data breach and incident response\, regulatory compliance\, computer fraud related legal issues\, and cyber-related litigation.
