His prior experience includes serving as the Head of Architecture and Labs at Ping Identity\, Founder / CEO of two tech startups\, the senior executive for product security at a $1.7B revenue organization\, Program Manager for a very-large scale software program for the Missile Defense Agency\, the Course Director for Cybersecurity at US Air Force Academy\, and research scientist in Machine Learning at Wright Laboratory. Mance received a MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts\, and a BS in Computer Science from Mississippi State University.\n\n\n\n Paul Snow\, of Factom\, the first usable blockchain technology to solve real-world business problems by providing an unalterable record keeping system. A leader in the open-source technology arena\, Paul brings more than three decades of software development experience to his position at the helm of Factom. Paul's innovative approach to software and application engineering has spawned a litany of inventive open-source companies and solutions that have paved the way for Factom. A true open-source evangelist\, Paul also acts as Chief Architect for DTRules\, an open source project he founded in 2004 to make Decision Table based Rules Engines available to all sorts of projects. Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Louisiana Tech University and his Master's degree in computer science and electrical engineering from Texas A&M University. \n\n\n\nVenkatesh "Ven" Kumar\, CTO Pepsico Account\; IBM Cloud\, Big Data\, Blockchain. Previously he was the CTO for the Walmart Account for 5 years\, where he was involved in their Blockchain initiatives for Food trust\, Health & Wellness and supply chain. Ven has over 20 years of industry experience in retail\, consumer packaged goods\, high-tech manufacturing\, and ecommerce. Prior to joining IBM\, Ven held positions at HP as the CTO for the Nike Account Team and as a practice director at Oracle. Ven was also the founder and CTO of a Dallas based startup\, ServiceLane.com that was funded by Austin Venture and was sold to Owens Corning. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from VNIT in India.\n\nJon West is currently a VP of Software Engineering within the Tax & Accounting division of Thomson Reuters. Jon has 30 years of technology experience in the tax\, accounting\, legal\, and mortgage markets. Jon began as a software developer\, then architect\, now technology business leader.
